Track Your Order
As soon as your RVYVE order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Most Australian orders arrive within 2–4 business days of dispatch.
How to track your order
- Check your email. Look for your shipping confirmation from RVYVE (check spam/promotions too) — it contains a live tracking link and your tracking number.
- Use your account. If you checked out with an account, sign in and open your orders to see status and tracking.
- Still need help? Email support@rvyvefilters.com with your order number and we'll send your tracking details the same business day.
Order & dispatch timing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- You'll only be emailed tracking once the parcel is collected by the carrier.
- Haven't received a confirmation email at all? Your order may not have completed — contact us and we'll check.
